COTO COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES NETWORK This non-profit public benefit corporation was established to serve the community through seasonal events and support of Coto's existing organizations. Coto C.A.N. consists of resident volunteers who schedule, plan, promote and implement activities to enhance community pride and social cohesiveness in Coto. Coto C.A.N. coordinates or assists other organizations' several community events such at the Easter Eggstravaganza, 4th of July Parade & Country Fair, Halloween Party and Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting, Golf Tournament, Viva Las Coto Casino Nite, Movies in the Park and much more. There are no dues or fees associated with membership. Coto C.A.N. meets the first Tuesday of each month @ 6:30 p.m. at The Coto Valley Club. All residents are welcome. COTO DE CAZA COMMITTEE OF THE PHILHARMONIC SOCIETY OF ORANGE COUNTY The Coto de Caza Committee is one of the many "committees" of the Orange County Philharmonic Society. The main purpose of the Philharmonic Society is to provide funds and support, through money and volunteers, for music programs in the public schools. The Coto Candlelight Concert Series is produced each summer by the Coto Committee to raise funds for these programs. The Coto Committee supports the arts in the community in general and is a focus for volunteering activity in Coto. MOM'S CLUB The Mom's Club (Moms offering Moms support) is a national nonprofit organization aimed at providing support for mothers who stay at home to raise their children. Their goals are to provide enriching activities for children during the day and to perform fundraisers and service projects in our community. ROTARY CLUB's Founded in 1905, the Rotary Club now has over 1,000,000 service minded members. based on "Service above Self, friendship, and fellowship, the Rotary offers benefits to its members as well as the community it serves.
Evening Rotary group, "The Coto de Caza/Rancho Santa Margarita Rotary Club" is famous for its support of civic, youth, and public services. They support many hands-on projects, community events and fund-raisers for the benefit of charitable organizations. It was organized for men and women who enjoy charitable and social events. Some of the latest events the Rotary has hosted include a cattle drive, golf tournament, clay pigeon shoot, and an annual holiday parade. Membership is by invitation.
