The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) was established to help maintain and guide the beautification of Coto de Caza. The ARC is made up of a five-member committee of homeowners that volunteer their time to meet every other Friday to review, comment and approve or disapprove prospective architectural improvement plans of homeowners within the CZ Master Association.
