On the 2nd Thursday of each month the Board of Directors holds a Board meeting to discuss specific business items set before the Board.
The meetings are held at the Coto de Caza Golf & Racquet Club and are comprised of an Open Session meeting that begins at 6:00 p.m. and invites all homeowners to come and be apart of general business items for the community. Directly following the opening of the meeting, the Board will move to "Homeowner Forum”, which allows homeowners in the audience an opportunity to come before the Board to ask questions, request usage, express problems and/or make recommendations that they have within the community. It is the role of the Board to allow a 3-minute forum per homeowner and to advise the homeowner on the action that the Board will take.
