The CZ Master Association is a California non-profit corporation consisting of those owners of properties within the ultimate boundaries of CZ Master Association. The Association offers many advantages to the property/homeowner. In order to protect and preserve these benefits, certain limitation and restrictions are placed on members of the Association.

The purpose of CZ Master Association is to ensure that the Common Areas and Common Facilities will be maintained in an attractive manner and will be available for the enjoyment of all members. As members of the Association, we all share in the future costs of maintaining these Common Areas and in covering the costs involved for administration of a large Community Association.
